This course examines many aspects of Pennsylvania and United States history. Historical elements such as the Revolutionary War, the French and Indian War, the American Revolution, colonization, and various others are examined in terms of their direct influence on the evolution of the state of Pennsylvania. The current and historical aspects of Pennsylvania’s government are also examined. There is also a unit dedicated to 20th century events such as World War I, World War II, and the Depression, and how they have impacted the state of Pennsylvania.
